The micro-crack kinetics is studied from the dislocation mechanism. The statistical distribution function of micro-cracks and the fracture probability of metal sample are obtained, and thus the elongation, brittle strength, ductile work, fracture toughness, critical crack length, ductile-brittle transition temperature and their statistical deviation are all deduced theoretically. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=6E709DC38FA1D09A4B578DD0906875B5B44D4D294832BB8E&cid=47EA7CFDDEBB28E0&jid=29DF2CB55EF687E7EFA80DFD4B978260&aid=8140C6BB0FCC93B0&yid=E56875464B1C0EC1&vid=771469D9D58C34FF&iid=B31275AF3241DB2D&sid=5A027C8E6C570AAB&eid=507521DBC725630F&journal_id=1000-3290&journal_name=物理学报&referenced_num=5&reference_num=0
