%X This paper extends the Goldfarb-Buttle method which is used to treat the single particle transfer reactions induced by heavy ions to multi-particle transfer reactions. The 12C(7Li, t)16O and 20Ne(d, 6Li)16O reactions are calculated by using the coherent wave function for 16O, with due consideration to certain recoil effects. The results are compared with those obtained by experiment.
