%X In this areticle, general formulae for the direction of the extraordinary ray are obtained in the case of light incident on uniaxial crystal, the corresponding data are plotted in three-view diagrams for Iceland spar, these make the trajectory of the extraordinary ray clear as the crystal rotates. The obtained results offer a possibility of developing new methods for determination of optical constants of crystals.
