%X A generized method of iteration is developed for solving the equation of plasma MHD equilibrium with free boundary in axial-symmetric tori with non-circular cross-section and conducting shell. The plasma current distributions may be peaked at the center of the plasma or have various forms of skin distributions. The conditions under which this method can effectively be used are also discussed.
