%X The McMillan tunneling model has been generalized and applied to a N-S multi-film structure with thickness of each film smaller than the superconducting coherent length. The order parameters and superconducting critical temperature of the structure are calculated, and the possibilities of enhancing Tc by modifying the electron-phonon coupling and contaminating with different atom in the interface regions are also discussed.
