%X Flux-growth of the GGG crystal has been investigated. Experiments showed that in PbO -PbF2 flux system the composition range of the solution for the crystallization of GGG is quite wide, the growth is quite stable, and the density of dislocations is relatively low. The nucleation temperature of crystallization was determined by the technique of induced striations.
