凌代文 %A 周岩 %A 袁秋 %J 微生物学报 %D 1998 %I %X Fifty five sthans of bifldobacteria belonging to Bytdobacterium from various soarees were studied by using ntnnerical taxonoAnc techniques. These organisms included 13 reference sthens and 42 newly isolated sthans (19 sthens of hUInan sources, 25 sthans of edmal somees and 11 strains obtained frOm sewage). Several stalns isolated from the edmals weren't isolated before. overall sindlallhes of the sthens for 75 characters contained morphological, Physiological and biocheAncal charactershcs and anhbacterial suscePtibility were detendned. Dendrognim of numerical analysis based on unweightod Pair cluster average linkage were achieved. Flve clusters were defined at 70% Sm level. The relahonships of these sthens among five clusters were analysed. The stalns of human sourees were basically separeted from the animal sthens, and the sewage strains were distributed betWeen the animal clusters and the human clusters. on the basis of the numerical analysis, the G C content of DNA of som representahve strains among these cltisters were measured. Biohn-labeled DNA segments, comPlementary to variable regions of 16S rRNA, were amplified using PCR as probes. In the dot-blot hybridizahon the relahonships of DNA segmentS among some strains were discussed.
