%X some factors for formation and regeneration of protoplasts of Bacillus licheniformis were studied, Under the optimum condition of formation and regeneration of protoplasts. Protoplasts of primitive strain Bacillus licheniformis 53-A6 were prepared. The rate of formation and regeneration of protoplasts of strain 53 -A6 had reached to 99.7 and 30.9 percent respectively. The formation and regeneration and the phenomenon of forming dusters were observed by optical and electron microscope.
