%X We use micromethod with 20 pores of u sixe hemagglutional plates to replace traditional Widal's test. The results show that agglutination is very clear to see. and is easy to judge ,but the traditional tube test has some shortcomings such as it is too steady to watch enough the experimental results and needs a lot of reagent and tubes. we think the new method find a new way out of these difficulties. 20 pores of u size hemogglutional micromethod is a new method of Widal's test in teaching experiment .
