%X In this study, we present the development of a new method for biosurfactants detection. A relation between surface tension and concentration of rhamnolipid was plotted in an x-y scatter by Origin using empirical formula. So the concentration of crude fermentation fluid was determined measuring surface tension of the diluted fermentation fluid with the fitted equation. This method is rapid, simple, accurate and low-cost compared to currently used methods.
