Many plant species are useful resources but not tolerant to heavy metals, making it difficult in practical application. Plant growth-promote bacteria are environmental friendly and highly diversity, which will probably facilitate the practical realization of phytoremediation. With the development in technology and resources, bio-regulation will make phytoremediation more viable and more valuable. This paper reviews the emerging bio-regulation technology in recent years, mainly in screening, identification and application of plant growth-promote bacteria. %K Plant growth-promoting bacteria %K Rhizosphere microorganisms %K Phytoremediation %K Heavy metal
