%X Obtaining soil bacterial DNA of good quality is a key step in soil bacterial ecology study. A quick, efficient, sensitive and stably method of DNA extraction from soil were established by combining strongpoints of two kits ( Soilmaster kit and DNA IQTM kit). In addition, the 16S rDNA gene and T-RFLP (Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism) were used in the analysis of soil bacterial community diversity and the result show that T-RFLP is a powerful tool for bacterial community study.
