%X Natural big molecular substances mainly include protein, nucleic acid and sugars. In this paper, the anti-TMV recent research, application and action mechanism of these big molecular substances from high plants, zoos and microorganisms were reviewed. Antiviral action mechanism of these natural substances had multiple aspects and available results indicated that inhibitory and interference activity of virus multiplication and induced resistance activity.
