肖 璐 %A 张仁怀 %A 张义正 %J 微生物学通报 %D 2008 %I %X A strain, producing a fibrinolytic enzyme, was isolated from the nature environment by using blood powder plates gathering and fibrin plates screening, and was named ML909. All results from morphological, physiological and biochemical characterization, the 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic assay identified that the strain belongs to Micrococcus luteus. The DNA fragment encoding mature peptide of fibrinolytic enzyme was cloned by PCR and sequenced.
