%X By using method of design and result analy sis of the orthogonal experiment,optimal nutrition conditions for the strain pro ducing insecticide No.48 in liquid cult were scroened,which were composed of (%):Starch soluble 3,Glucose 2,Peanut cake powder 4,Protose p eptone 0 6,(NH4) 2SO 4,0 3 and K 2HPO 4,0.10.Furthermore,the experiment of compari son between optimal and initial put n.showed that this strain biomass increase d by 59 percent (P<0 01).
