王有智 %A 黄亦存 %J 微生物学通报 %D 1997 %I %X Plant hormones produced by 4 species ectomycorrhizal fungi were detected by High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) in both the mycelia and the culture solution.With the exception of Abscsic acid (ABA), Zeatin (Z), Ribosyl zeatin(ZR), Gibberellin (GA3)and Indole-acetic acid (IAA) were detected out. The hormones in the culture solution are of far more amount than that in the mycelia. Of all the hormones, GA3 was the most.
