%X Inclusions has a very important role in the research of the thermal history of sedimentary basin, the forming history and genesis of oil and gas pool. The study on inclusion needs abundant experience. Many questions that were caused by operator or could not be settled under present condition often appear during research of inclusions. In this paper the authors expounded these question and the causing reasons. In the end, some methods to settle these questions were suggested.
