%X A method was studied to measufe concentration of each kind of strains in a mixcellsystem during the fermentation of 2-Keto-L-Gluconic Acid. Based on measuring cellmass withAbeorbance Method, the new effechve way, which was named Mulhwavelength ScanningMethod (MSM Method), regressed absorbance data at 14 specific wavelength to obtrin differentcellmass in mixcell suspension respectively. It was successfully applied in measuring theconcentration of Bacilly Megaterium, Gluconobacter Oxydan and spore of the former in thementioned fermentation system. The average error was lower than 4 Percent.
