%X In this research, we select Chinese BioMedical Literature Database as vector to analyze the Chinese herb medication regularity of rheumatoid arthritis, gout and osteoarthritis. The high frequency and synergism herbs pattern are obtained. The results show that The key herbs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis are Dang Gui (Radix Angelica), Huang Qi (Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bunge), Gui Zhi (Rhizoma pinelliae), Shao Yao (Radix paeoniae alba) and so on. The key herbs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout are Niu Xi (Achyranthes bidentata), Fu Ling (Wolfiporia cocos), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense Rupr. ), Dai Huang (Rhizoma et Radix Rhei) and so on. The key herbs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis are Dang Gui (Radix Angelica), Du Huo (Radix angelicae biseratae), Niu Xi (Achyranthes bidentata), Bai Sao (Radix paeoniae alba). The results suggest that the TCM treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, gout and osteoarthritis usually use the treatment of promoting blood circulation. In addition, the therapy method of Dispelling Wind-wet usually used in treating rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, the therapy method of promoting urination usually used in treating gout.
