%X Magma activity occurred in Mesozoic and Cenozoic in Sanshui basin. By the research of forming conditions of CO_2 gas reservoir, we conclusioned that the cause of formation of pure CO_2 gas reservoir is magma-mantle and carbonate inorganic origin, the CO_2 gas in oil and gas reservoir is organic origin. Magma activity occurred in the area, and there are lots of CO_2 gas resources, and the reservoir types are multiplicities, and the overlying formation is good, and the structure traps with fault cortrol are development, there were the favorable places of CO_2 gas being accumulated. By the research of distribution discipline of CO_2 gas reservoir, we pointed out that the next exploration target is the favorable traps with big faults and subliparite in the middle of the basin.
