%X Marine gas hydrates and their resource distributions were introduced and analyzed. The origin mechanism of Gas Hydrates were also reviewed. Furthermore, Two formation modes named "Strong Seepage" and "Feeble Seepage" systems of Marine Gas Hydrates were proposed. The characteristic of the two modes were pointed out and discussed. Finally, Marine gas hydrates in South China Sea based on "Strong Seepage" mode were investigated.
