%X This article was aimed to indentify the origin of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) spleen-stomach treatment principle from the point of view of metaphor cognition. Analogism in logic of metaphor cognition was used in the analysis of related texts. The establishment of TCM spleen-stomach treatment rule was based on metaphor cognition of "earth". TCM theory is an experience-dependent theory. It is closely related to the human experience to the nature.
