%X Scientists always pay attention to natural gas hydrates since it was discovered. By analyzing and comparing the dates of all over the world, the paper has drawed the conclusion that the amount of natural gas hydrates has deduced, it was considered the twice as the resource extend of coal, oil and gas in the last century, but now it is only the same as the resource extent of oil and gas. The natureal gas hydrates has brought development perspective with its broadly dispersed, greatly deposits and high energy density. But it may cause a series of environmental effects, such as Greenhouse effect, submarine landslide and destroy of ecological balance of sea and so on.
