汲晨锋 %A 季宇彬 %A 王翀 %A 吴涛 %J 世界科学技术-中医药现代化 %D 2006 %I %X This study is made to measure the concentration of polysaccharide in Sargassum fusiforme, and analyze the monosaccharide composition derived, in an effort to provide some helpful insights for future researches in chemistry and pharmacology. A UV-spectrophotometer and phenol -sulfuric method are used, with a detection wavelength at 490nm. The monosaccharide composition is determined using HPCE. The findings show that Sargassum fusiforme may have a polysaccharide concentration as high as 53.46%, with an average recovering rate of 99.37%, or RSD=2.19%. Polysaccharides derived from Sargassum fusiforme is made up of Rhamnose, Xylose, Glucose, Mannose, Fructose, Fucoidan, Galactose and a unknown element.
