The principle and the derived process are presented as follows: the Absolute Open Flow (AOF) potential of one-point method is first determined using the test data; then, the correction function of AOF is given based on the well deliverability testing data; The established relationship of AOF with flow coefficient leads to a generalized deliverability equation for the whole gas reservoir; the possible maximum and reasonable production pressure draw-down is employed in calculation of the maximum and possible individual well average deliverability. Finally the well deliverability is determined for the specified tubing string in development plan in line with the requirements of erosion velocity.
