%T Therapeutic Efficacy of Yin Chen Si Ni Tang on Yin Jaundice Rats<br>茵陈四逆汤对阴黄证模型大鼠的治疗作用研究

%X This work aimed to investigate the effect of Yinchensini-Tang on Yin jaundice rats. 70 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: the control group, the model group, the model recovery group, the Yinchensini-Tang low-dose group, the Yinchensini-Tang middle-dose group, the Yinchensini-Tang high-dose group, and the UDCA group. The changes of liver function and hepatic pathology and behavior were observed. The ALT, AST, ALP, r-GT, TB, DB, TAB and IL-2 in the model group and model recovery group were significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.01). The ALT, AST, ALP, r-GT, TB, DB, TAB and IL-2 in the Yinchensini-Tang high-dose group were significantly lower than in the model group and model recovery group (P<0.01), The cAMP/cGMP in the model group and model recovery group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.01). The cAMP/cGMP in the Yinchensini-Tang high-dose group was significantly higher than in the model group and model recovery group (P<0.01). The results showed that high-dosed Yinchensini-Tang could amend the changes of hepatic pathology in Yin jaundice rats. Thus Yinchensini-Tang has better effect on Yin jaundice rats.
