%X Expanded international TCM cooperation has allowed foreign investors to take full advantage of TCM resources. Such activities could,if not properly regulated,lead to an illegal usurp of intellectual properties derived from the past TCM studies and practice.This paper discusses TCM related intellectual property issues,and proposes to protect TCM intellectual property through enhancing people's awareness.
