吴巍 %A 黄世敬 %J 世界科学技术-中医药现代化 %D 2011 %I %X This study was aimed to summarize the common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tendency of vascular depression and also explore the correlation of various TCM syndromes of vascular depression with the disease history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, coronary heart disease and etc. A total of 70 vascular depression patients were investigated in the research of clinical TCM syndrome. According to the grading of symptoms in different degrees, the frequency and integral of each occurred symptom and syndrome were statistically analyzed. Comparative analysis was conducted. The SPSS statistical software was used in the relevance study between TCM syndrome of vascular depression and its risk factors. The results showed that liver-kidney yin deficiency (Gan-Shen-Yin-Xu) is the most common TCM syndrome in vascular depression (30%). Most male patients are liver-kidney yin deficiency and most female patients are qi-cold stagnation (Qi-Yu-Han-Ning). The statistical analysis, X2=9.371, P>0.05,showed there was differences in TCM syndrome between male and female. Liver-kidney yin deficiency and stagnation-heat combination (Yu-Re -Hu-Jie) are correlated with the disease history of hyperlipidemia. It is concluded that liver-kidney yin deficiency is the most common TCM syndrome in vascular depression. There is correlation between the TCM syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency and stagnation-heat combination with hyperlipidemia. %K Vascular depression %K traditional Chinese medicine syndrome
