%X This research was aimed to systematically study the transgenic cell line of HepG2IgG, on the prognosis of herbal complex on allergy type II, including screening of cells for transgenic, time for promoter transformation, instrument of detection and prolong time for transgenic passage cells. By using of these cells, we screened the known allergens and herbal injections already on the market. We demonstrate that HepG2IgG cell has advantages of high sensitivity, success rate, and stability of IgG express for the prognosis of herbal complex on the allergy of type II.
