%X The South Shaanxi enjoys a special environment of natural ecology and bio-diversity as well as rich resources of traditional Chinese medicine and the foundation for its industrial development. The industry of traditional Chinese medicine in South Shaanxi takes an important position in China. This article discusses the problems existing in the sustainable development of the industry of traditional Chinese medicine in South Shaanxi and the countermeasures to deal with them.
