沈建东 %A 王胜杰 %A 郝妙丽 %A 刘芙蓉 %J 天然气地球科学 %D 2004 %I %X The formation mechanism of Natural Gas Hydrate in sediments was analyzed firstly, and then based on accepted geological model, the theory of fractal geometry was used to modify fractal dimension d_(f). The characteristics of mass transfer and formation kinetics of natural gas hydrate in fractal medium were described, and the formation rate equation was solved by numerical calculation. The influence of fractal dimension and diffusion radius to natural gas hydrate formation rate was investigated in this paper, and the results were compared with the experimental data. The work of simulating natural gas hydrate formation process in natural porous medium will be a novel theoretical exploration to predict and explore gas hydrate resources in South Sea of China and it will be a new way to investigate the formation mechanic of natural gas hydrate in sediment. %K Natural gas hydrate %K Sediment %K Diffusion %K Formation %K Kinetics
