%X The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine is the only way for it to go to the world. The characteristics of the research on traditional Chinese medicine decides the building and openly use of its laboratory. Under effective and innovative managing mode, the research laboratory should avoid multiform and repetition the its building, and find and establish the method and technology of experimentations with characteristics and specialty in its research. At the same time, it is very important to regulate the systems and working rules of laboratory, train special public persons with ability and keep seniorry assistants and technicians in the laboratory.
