%X In the process of economic globalization, the importance of protection of intellectual property rights becomes the highlight in the world. As a relatively independent new subject, intellectual property is closely related to the economy, science and technology of China. Not only intellectual property is a kind of legal system, it is also a kind of economic system and management system. As intellectual property is an important part of the management of science and technology, it is specially analyzed in medical colleges or universities. This research mainly involves relations of intellectual property management and technology management, aspects of intellectual property management, and problems worthy of note in the intellectual property management.
