%X This study was aimed to develop a method for establishing UPLC-MS fingerprints of Di-Huang-Yin-Zi Decoction (DHYZD) and elucidating main components in DHYZD. Components of ten batches of self-made DHYZD were analyzed. And the chromatographic fingerprints were established by UPLC-MS. Common peaks of the fingerprint were classified. The results showed that there were 30 main characteristic components. The UPLC-MS fingerprint of ten batches of self-made DHYZD was established preliminarily. It was concluded that this method was reliable and accurate. This method can be used for quality control of DHYZD with favourable reproducibility.
