%X To further develop the mechanis m study of the anti -arrhythmic Chinese herb and accelerate Chinese herbs`modernization.Method:reviewing t he last ten year' s situation of the anti -arrhythmic e lectrophysiological mechanism for effective compositions of Chinese herbs.Result:Now we have develop ed into cellular and molecular levels in anti -arrhythmic study and equivalent to t he world advanced level.But we still have a long road to go.Conclusion:The in-troduction of electrophysiologica l technologies(e.g.Voltage clamp,patch clamp )gives the Chinese herbs`mechanism study a broad and promising future,a nd it may be the key to realize Chinese herbs`modernization.
