张宇鹏 %J 世界科学技术-中医药现代化 %D 2007 %I %X The doctrine of Zangxiang is a combined fruit of Chinese philosophical thinking and clinical practice. The concept of five viscera becomes mature under the guidance of Wuxing theory. The Zangxiang theory in the Canon of Internal Medicine has the reference to the Jingxue theory in the Han dynasty. A most important contribution rendered by the Canon of Internal Medicine is the establishment of the Zangxiang theory by incorporating clinical experience in the theoretical model.
