%X This review summarizes the progress of sample pretreatment method coupled with analytical technique in the research of natural products. Hyphenated techniques include supercritical fluid extraction, high-speed counter-current chromatography, microwave -assisted extraction, subcritical water extraction, solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction, which are coupled with analytical technique. 55 references are cited.
