%X Authors studied different approaches for measuring the quality of Dolichos lablab L. a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, including edematous amenorrhea, total ashes, insoluble acids, water extracts and erhanol extracts, based on the approaches listed in the Chinese Pharmacopeoia published in 2000. As a result, authors have produced a range of evidences for establishing a more scientific approach for measuring the quality of Dolichos lablab, which can be part of the revised version of the Chinese Pharmacopeoia in the future
