%X To explore the effect of space biology of Ganoderma Lucidum carried on spaceship and assess its variation, the primordium and fruiting body of Ganoderma Lucidum are used as materials of the study on the spaceship and as their control samples on the ground , testing the activity of their SOD enzyme by the method of NBT photoreduction and analyzing their esterase isodynamic enzyme and peroxide isodynamic enzyme by polyacrylamide electrophoresis . The result of the study shows that the impact of the four bacterial strains of Ganoderma Lucidum has varied: In the activity of SOD enzyme either primordium or fruiting body of bacterial strain Sx has remarkably increased in comparison with their control Cx and compared with the controls the other three have changed as well. The result of electrophoresis indicates: No notable difference has occurred in the esterase isodynamic enzyme of primordium and fruiting body of the group S4 and C4 as well as the group Sh and Ch while remarkable difference has emerged in the zymogram of esterase isodynamic enzyme of S3 and C3 as well as Sx and Cx in the two periods of time; the band of peroxide isodynamic enzyme of the bacterial strains is numbered and there is no difference between the bacterial strains carried on the spaceship and those on the group except that Sx is one band less than Cx in the period of their primordium . All the results mentioned above reveal that after being carried on spaceship Sx and S3 of Ganoderma Lucidum have changed a lot in comparison with their controls on the ground while S4 and Sh of it have had little change.
