%X Traditional Chinese Medicine has it's own traits.Its technical innovation can be either a self-innovation or a re- creation.While encouraging people to understand traditional Chinese medicine using modem technical means,the le- gal system also creates an environment favoring the survival and development of TCM in a sustainable and sound man- ner.
