%X Authors studied the effects of lateral roots and Growth Regulators on the quality of the Saposhnikovia divaricata. In the study,the seedlings of Saposhnikovia divaricata soaked by NAA and GA in different concentrations were trans- planted,and their roots were collected in autumn.The diameter of the roots,and different parts of the roots,were mea- sured the concentration of the four chromes were determined using HPLC.Under the dosages of 25mg/kg,100mg/kg, and 500mg/kg of NAA and GA applied in transplantation...
