%X This paper introduced the key technologies of pollution-free Chinese herbal medicine production, including site selection, environmental evaluation and monitoring of cultivated base, wild medicinal materials tending, harvest, producing area processing, package, storage and transportation, integrated pest management(prediction of pest, agricultural prevention technology, physical prevention technology, biological prevention by natural enemies of insects and antagonistic microbe, phyto resource pesticides ), and quality control(determination techniques and quantity limitation standard of pesticides residue, heavy metal & mycotoxin, determination of bioactive compounds and fingerprinting). The key technologies in non-pollution Chinese herbal medicine production provide scientific evident and will have important practical significance to public safety and health, Chinese herb medicine industrialization and internationalization.
