In experiment energy loading of driving ring was achieved based on charge detonated by gasifying copper wire. Particle velocity of freely expanding ring was measured by VISAR, then one-dimensional tensile failure of GFRC at strain rate of 104 s-1 was achieved, and the velocity-time curve of this material was obtained. The stress-strain relation of GFRC was calculated. Finally, the quasi-static experimental data measured at lower, medium and higher stain rate were compared with above-mentioned dada. Results show that the effect of tensile strain ratio of GFRC is obvious, the maximam intensity in high strain rate is increased 70% compared with that in quasi-static state. %K expanding ring %K high stain rate %K dynamic tensile test
