%X In this paper, a special testing fixture, and testing a specimen as well, are designed for investigating the mixed mode crack fracture and propagation at the tension compression fatigue testing machine. A new method for measuring mixed mode crack length is presented. Same different types of mixed mode fracture and crack propagation tests are carried out at MTS new 810. a-N curves are given. From the discussion of the testing results, same conclusion of fracture behavior for the mixed mode crack are obtained.
