%X The study aimed to analyze and study the methodological framework of efficacy and drug nature of cold and hot of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs. It pointed out that TCM drugs of cold and hot nature have different intervention effects on the constitution and syndrome of cold and hot nature. The syndrome-based research method for relativity research is conducted on the efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature. The key researches conducted on syndrome models include the study of relationship between efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature, relativity research between material component and efficacy of TCM drug of cold and hot nature. The researches were also conducted to determine the characteristics and discipline research of TCM drug of cold and hot nature on normal models, and also on cold and hot constitution model. The comparative research of mechanism of TCM drug of cold and hot nature was conducted based on different models. The relativity research on efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature were also analyzed and summarized based on the model preparation, indicators observation and control design.
