单向双筋板结构件共振疲劳试验及分析

%X Vibration fatigue problem exists in fields of aeronautics and astronautics extensively and harms to safety and reliability of aircrafts' structure. Firstly, a vibration-exciter-based fatigue testing bed was designed and a fatigue testing method of resonance controlled structure was proposed. Then resonance fatigue testing was carried out for some specimens under band exciting with given strain or given load. Based on these test data, different possible factors that impact on vibration fatigue life were discussed in this paper. Results indicate that boundary condition, inition condition and the structural dynamics are the possible factors to vibration fatigue life for engineering structures. The testing method presented in this paper is helpful to testing for vibration fatigue life curve.
