%X This paper focused on the key technique of yew trees management and their cell line cultivation which are "bio - material" sources of taxol. And it suggested the possibility to exploit the new approch for isolation taxol and taxane derivatives from yew - microbes symbiotic system and from the genus Taxus. Modern science and technique will proviede more "bio - materials" of taxol to meet the demands of worldwide market.
