何存富 %A 武颖 %A 吴斌 %J 实验力学 %D 2010 %I %X A portable inspection system for rock bolt length detection was developed experimentally based on LabVIEW software plateform. The system consists of a industrial process controller (IPC) with signal pulser/receiver cards, a probe and upper control software. At first, the parameters of handware were set in IPC by software. Then the toneburst pulser/receiver card (TB-1000) imposed expected guided wave on transducer and received its echo wave, that was processed by analog filter. Data-collecting card NI PCI5102 transfered the echo wave into digital signal and inputted a PC. This software can set the parameters of TB-1000 and PCI5102, and process the signal by frequency transformation, Hilbert transform, wavelet noise reduction, short-time Fourier transform(STFT), sweep imaging, etc. Experimentally recieved signals show that the rock bolt length can be detected by this inspection system. It is proved that the software has high real-time and operability and realizes the intelligence and automation for rock bolt length detection. %K virtual instrument %K industrial process controller (IPC) %K ultrasonic guided wave %K software development
