%X Displacement and strain measurement is an indispensable part for mechanical experiment. A new displacement and deformation measurement algorithm based on Harris corner detection is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, Harris corner detection algorithm is used first to search corner features and then optic flow tracking method is used to match the corresponding corner point. Finally, the displacement values are obtained. In order to obtain displacement measurement of full field, the image is gridded. Experimental results show that this algorithm has high precision and good stability and may be used as a nondestructive measurement method based on image processing.
