黄朝晖 %A 付沛福 %J 实验力学 %D 1999 %I %X The cold extrusion process of a rectangular spline shaft is studied by photoplastic method with polyrabonate as the simulative material. The three dimensional strain field and characteristics of strain distribution in the whole deformation zone are obtained from isochromatic patterns. The 3 D strain distributions for typical sections are analyzed and calculated. Based on the results of experiment with polyrabonate, the optimum billet size and reasonable process parameters for practical manufacture are discussed. %K D photoplastic method %K cold extrusion %K spline shaft %K strain %K billet size
